Our Process
Every installation follows the same order, whether it's a replacement in Pace or new construction in Navarre. You'll know what we're doing and why before any equipment comes off the truck.
Request a visitOur licensed HVAC technician inspects your home's layout, insulation, and ductwork to determine the best size and placement of your AC unit. Guessing at capacity is how homes end up humid and systems end up short-cycling.
After assessing your space, we work with you to choose the unit that best meets your needs as well as Florida's SEER requirements. We'll walk through the options, what each one costs to run, and where a heat pump might make more sense than a straight cooling system.
We mount the units, connect refrigerant lines, install condensate drain lines, and make sure the system has proper ventilation. The necessary electrical work is handled by our crew as part of the job.
Our final step is to test the system to make sure it's working safely and efficiently. We show you the thermostat settings, explain filter changes, and answer questions before we leave the driveway.
